The Golden Wings is a ministry for seniors fifty years old and above. Our Mission is to encourage friendship and to strengthen religious spirituality among retirees and senior citizen.
We keep the members aware of political and health issues by having a subject speaker as our guest to provide information. The members share information that may affect our various communities.
Activities we attend include: The Barn Dinner Theater’s Black Nativity, Cultural Events at the Harvey Center, The Diocesan Spring Fling and Fall Reflection, Annual Tours to various cities in the United tates.
Arts and Crafts made were: Rosaries for 1st communion and confirmation, Prayer Rock for the sick seniors, Jewelry.
Our members meet the 3rd Tuesday each month for Bingo, other fun games and lunch. For more information, please ask any member or contact the following:
