On behalf of the June Chavis Davenport Scholarship Committee, we would like to announce this year’s scholarship winners: 1st place: Jakada Smith, $1500 Senior at West Charlotte H.S Will be attending North Carolina Agriculture and Technical State University 2nd Place: Maxwell Monroe, $1000 Senior at Ardrey Kell H.S Will be attending University of North Carolina at Charlotte 3rd Place: Catherine Hill, $500 Senior at Hopewell H.S Will be attending North Carolina State University This year’s topic was, “If I wrote a letter to God, what I would say and why". We would like to thank the church family for your support of the scholarship fund and invite you to donate to the scholarship fund. You can do so by submitting donations to the church office addressing them to the June Chavis Davenport Scholarship Fund.
